STEELGYM, is a modern fitness club opened in 2023. This facility was created by an experienced personal trainer, bodyfitness competitor. To create a place where everyone can take care of their health and physical condition at a time convenient for them, the owner of STEELGYM decided to open a maintenance-free fitness club.
Why GYMMANAGER?
STEELGYM business model, was to create maintenance-free sports facility with automated access control. The most important condition for choosing the software was finding a system enabling comprehensive club management. GYMMANAGER has all the functionalities necessary for such investment.
Solutions used:
To provide customers with constant access to the club’s offer without having to have a 24-hour reception, STEELGYM decided to apply full automation. The chosen access control solution is a turnstile with QR code reader. Club customers can purchase tickets in the Customer Panel online. Then, when they have an active pass, by scanning the generated personal QR code, they can enter the facility by themselves.
In addition, customers can use a dedicated mobile application in which they have the possibility to book classes organized in the club and in case of inability to participate in classes – cancel reservations. Regular STEELGYM customers often use the opportunity to edit the profile, view the schedule of classes and enroll for organized classes conducted in the club. New club customers most appreciate the possibility of independent, convenient and quick creation of an account in the club, in the mobile application.
